Essential Mall accepts Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, American Express, and Diners Club credit cards.

All payment are processed via ANZ secure online payment gateway system. Your credit card information does not even come to us, everything is done by ANZ bank. So rest assured that we have the safest payment system.

Paying by credit card is the quickest and most reliable way to receive your order. Credit cards are charged when the order is placed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days unless the item is out of stock, in which you will be notified.

If you would like to pay by money order or cheque, please make payable to Essential Mall and send it to the address below. Please include your order number.

NOTE: Paying by money order typically delays your order about 7 to 10 days. Essential Mall must wait until we receive your money order and the funds must be cleaered, before any merchandise can be shipped.

Return Policy

Essential Mall strives to satisfy the customer, without you we wouldn't be in business. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our product, simply follow the directions below to return the order within 30 days of purchase date and we will promptly process your request and refund your money (less shipping charge of $8.90 and 10% restocking fee) via crediting your credit card. We can not refund if the item has been used or opened.

Product Guarantee

Essential Mall only carries original designer fragrances. Absolutely no knockoffs or impostor fragrances are sold at Essential Mall. We aim to have the lowest price on the Internet and make every attempt to get the fragrance you desire. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, feel free to return it within 30 days for a refund.

International orders

At present we only ship to Australia and New Zealand. We do accept international credit cards, however all payments are made in Australian dollars.

Identifying Phishing E-Mails

You can check where it actually points to by hovering your mouse over the link--the actual Web site where it points to will be shown in the status bar at the bottom of your browser window or as a pop-up.

We never use a web address such as "http://security-EssentialMall.com.au/. . ." or an IP address (string of numbers) followed by directories such as "http://132.343.645.432/EssentialMall.com.au.com/. . . ."

Alternately, sometimes the spoofed e-mail is set up such that if you click anywhere on the text you are taken to the fraudulent Web site. EssentialMall.com.au will never send an e-mail that does this. If you accidentally click on such an e-mail and go to a spoofed Web site, do not enter any information and just close that browser window.

7. If an e-mail looks suspicious, go directly to the EssentialMall.com.au Website
When in doubt, do not click the link included in an e-mail. Just go directly to EssentialMall.com.au and click "Sign In" in the top right menu to view recent purchases, or review your account information. If you cannot access your account, or if you see anything suspicious, let us know right away.

8. Do not "unsubscribe"
Never follow any instructions contained in a forged e-mail that claim to provide a method for "unsubscribing." Many spammers use these "unsubscribe" processes to create a list of valid, working e-mail addresses.

9. Protect your account information
